Short Bio

​

The mezzosoprano was born in Lutherstadt Eisleben, Germany and studied singing with Andreas Talarowski at the "Studio für Gesang" in Berlin, at the Akademie für Tonkunst in 

Darmstadt and the Schweizer Opernstudio/ Hochschule der Künste Bern in Switzerland. Since 2011 Michaela Polkehn develops an opera career in european theaters like for example in Staatstheater Braunschweig and Konzert Theater Bern, 

Switzerland. 

Since 2013 she regularly works with Adrian Baianu to improve her voice to the next level.
